Dental restorations from metal-free ceramics
The highest quality, long lasting and precise accuracy and ideal aesthetics – these are the aims of the dental restorations produced by the CEREC dental restoration system. There is no metal in your mouth, no artificial effects and no long, tiring visits to the dentist’s office – just a single procedure and you can enjoy your perfect smile again!
Biomaterials that match the natural teeth structure and colour are used for the restorations, allowing us to restore our clients’ teeth to their natural strength, beauty and functionality.
Due to temperature changes in the mouth, dental fillings contract much more than the natural teeth, and therefore gaps form around them which lead to decay and tooth or filling loss. CEREC restorations are resistant to cracks and decay, because both the restorations and natural teeth expand and contract by almost the same degree while eating hot food and drinking cold drinks. With CEREC, the patient will feel comfortable during meals and can continuously enjoy a high quality, aesthetically pleasing and plaque-free restoration.
Dental prosthetic procedure with CEREC
One visit is often enough for us to restore from one to four teeth. Onlays, crowns, laminates and bridges are all produced in our clinic, so temporary crowns are usually not required. Anaesthesia is only used once and a high precision and shape is ensured by the use of advanced software.
For prosthetic treatments, our clinic uses full ceramic dental restorations and metal ceramics, as well as removable plastic dentures of different constructions. The metal frame in a metal ceramic crown is replaced by zirconium. If a restoration of this type is chosen, a metal shade or bluish gums surrounding the crown will be avoided.
Our modern technologies enable us to achieve the highest aesthetic standards. The CEREC system offers a splendid opportunity to reduce both the costs of oral treatment and, most importantly, the time spent in a dentist’s chair.

How can we help?
Crowns help to fully restore the shape of worn or broken teeth, consolidate mobile teeth, and can correct the bite height. They are recommended after a root canal treatment or after restorations with root posts, or for cosmetic reasons.
Bridge restorations are used to restore lost teeth functions, and for the consolidation of mobile teeth, as well as to help distribute the chewing load, correct the bite and improve the condition of the temporomandibular joint.
Laminates are designed for the aesthetic correction of front teeth and are strong, with a pleasing and natural appearance. This restoration method is much more durable when compared with an aesthetic filling, and will serve for many years, as it is resistant to discolouration and cracking.
Onlays are micro-prostheses made of porcelain that are designed to be cemented into a tooth. They are used for large defects in molars and they are resistant to discolouration over a long period of time, they do not contract and they prevent micro-cracks and secondary caries.
Stages of a dental prosthetic treatment
The dentist prepares a tooth that requires a restoration by considering the level of the lost dental tissues.
Then digital imprints of the prepared tooth are taken with a very precise 3D laser scanner called the CEREC Omnicam. The laser scanning is fast and precise.
Based on the information that is gathered about the prepared tooth, healthy teeth and the bite details, a restoration with the required shape, colour and direction is designed.
When the digital modelling is completed, precise data for the restoration is transferred to the milling machine. This machine mills a precise restoration from a ceramic block in just 10-15 minutes, which is then ready for insertion.
The restoration is measured, polished and, if necessary, painted and glazed, and then is finally cemented in place – the natural structure, function and beauty of your tooth is immediately restored.

"My father went and had 2 crowns, a root canal & a filling and is happy with it. I am writing to compliment the receptionist - Vaida in her help in booking in multiple appointments, clarifying what work was done, as my father didn't have a clue, and helping with paying with the Travelex card. Very happy with the communication from Vaida, and I even had the dentist call me over Skype to clarify the work my father had done. Very happy with this company."
