Policy for visit cancellations / missed appointments:

We understand that in some cases our patients will need to postpone the visit to a later time or date.

We reserve the right to impose a penalty on patients who do not re-schedule their visit in advance or do not come for a scheduled visit. We wish to respect the needs of all patients of the Odontika dental clinic. Thus, if you need to cancel your scheduled visit, we kindly ask you to contact us before midday of the day prior to the day of your scheduled visit.

Visits to a physician are in high demand and an early revocation of your scheduled visit will provide an opportunity for another person to receive the necessary dental treatment.

A “no-show” is a situation where a patient misses a scheduled appointment without cancelling the visit before midday of the day prior to the scheduled visit. A “no-show” results in disadvantages for the other patients who need timely dental treatment.

Last minute / late cancellations are considered as “no-shows”. If you fail to attend a scheduled visit, this fact will be recorded in your medical records. Also, if you miss your visit, you will have to pay 50 euros for the hour of the scheduled visit.

Determining whether a patient is a “no-show” patient will only be performed at the discretion of the clinic’s administration. For example, if a patient is not able to attend a scheduled visit because of a late or delayed flight, penalties are not applied.

We serve patients that are covered by life insurance from SEB, ADB Gjensidige and ERGO.

We are happy treat patients covered by SEB Life Insurance, as well as those with insurance from the limited liability company “Ergo Lietuva”, and Gjensidige Insurance Company (they will have the right to free or partially compensated dental treatment).

Prevent oral diseases and teeth decay

Apply for modern dental and oral diagnostics and we will examine your teeth using an intra-oral camera, carry out X-rays and computerised examinations, and then offer a treatment plan.
